Prior to our discovery call, please feel free to send any relevant information for the project. This could include floor plans, images of the space, or any other crucial details necessary for us to grasp the scope of work. By providing this information in advance, we can begin evaluating the project's needs, ensuring our discussion is focused and productive from the start.

Our services operate on an hourly basis at a rate of $30 (USD) for any assistance you may need, whether it's creating spatial plans, sourcing products, or other services. We provide estimates for the hours required for specific tasks and maintain transparent communication by logging our time, ensuring clarity and accountability throughout our collaboration.

Schedule a Consultation
Head over to CONTACT and fill in your information. We'll then arrange a FREE 30 min Zoom meeting with you.

Information Exchange
Following our Zoom Consultation, we'll exchange additional project scope information and files to facilitate the process of providing you with rough estimates.

Estimation of Services
Once we've collected all necessary information and files, we'll assess the requirements of your project and provide you with an estimate of the hours needed for completion on our end.

Book Hourly Packages
Once we've defined the services & required estimated hours for your project, you can easily book our fixed Hourly Packages, starting from 5H+, directly in our Shop. From there, we'll promptly kickstart your project.

Delivery of Designs
Upon completing individual services like Floor Plans or Spatial Plans etc., we issue all files with your company logo. Utilizing Canva and SketchUp, we supply you with the original files for your convenience as well.

Finalizing the Project
After delivering our initial designs to you, we proceed with optional revisions or additional services as needed for your project. Communication will primarily take place through email and Zoom, ensuring efficient and clear collaboration.
